Custom Stainless Western Chef With Walnut Handle
This is a stainless steel 8.5" western style chef knife with a stabilized walnut handle and stainless pins. I was excited by how it came out and want to continue exploring this design. It features a tapered full tang, fully rounded spine and finger choil, convex geometry, and an edge profile that lends itself to a little more rock style cuts. I had a lot of fun with this commission and really got to experiment with it.
