Made from over 1,000 layers of 1095 and 15N20, this nakiri is from the first bar of damascus I have ever made. It has a really nice dark gray finish and a frame handle construction with a walnut burl frame, g-10 scales, and stainless steel pins. It has very thin convex geometry, nice tall heel, and a shorter length that makes it extremely easy to control.
